ASOZen is a web-based App Store Optimization (ASO) platform that provides keyword analysis, app scoring, competitor comparison, and related tools for mobile app developers and marketers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans

ASOZen offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
  • Use automated tools to abuse API limits
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ASOZen are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. App store data is sourced from third parties and may not always be current or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
