ASOZen offers subscription-based plans billed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized Merchant of Record. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
3. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service after your first payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge), we will issue a full refund promptly.
- Renewals: Refunds for renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of the renewal date.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial purchase (outside the grace period)
- Partial months of service
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service

- The date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
